Our products are handmade, packed and shipped from our warehouse in the United States.
We ship our jewelry worldwide. However, due to restrictions, we're unable to ship to the following countries:
Cuba | Iran | Libya | North Korea | Sierra Leone | Somalia | Sudan | Yemen | Ukraine | Guatemala | Liberia.
Shipping rates are calculated upon checkout based on your location and the order’s weight.
All prices stated on the website will be billed in USD at checkout.
- Tracking Numbers will be updated within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your package has been shipped.
- Shipping time may vary due to product availability. Love At First Shine reserves the right to cancel any orders that involve product availability in which the customers will be contacted.
- Please note that any taxes and customs fees in regard to your purchase are to be held responsible by the customer.

We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

Love At First Shine is not responsible if the incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at check out. We will not process any refunds in such circumstances.
Love At First Shine is responsible for delivering items to the shipping address provided at check out. We are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been marked as delivered by your local postal service. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.

Packages may take longer to arrive during the holiday busy season, depending on local postal office capacity.
