We hope you love everything you order from Love At First Shine, but we get that sometimes things don’t work out!
If you are unhappy with your final product then please get in touch with us. Customer satisfaction is one of our passions and we always endeavour to make sure you're happy with the final masterpiece.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the customized nature of some of the custom products (such as personalized message card or engraved items) we produce at Love At First Shine, we cannot offer returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival. Your custom item is designed with care and is entirely personal to you and your loved ones.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
FAULTY OR WRONG PRODUCT?
We 100% guarantee a replacement to any customer who receives an incorrect or defective / damaged / mis-printed product. If you have received an incorrect or a faulty item, please email our customer service team at email@example.com along with your order number, description of what you have incorrectly received along with photos. Our customer service team will review your request and send out replacement item as fast as possible.
Love At First Shine will cover all associated shipping costs in the event of a faulty product or an order error on our behalf.
Order cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours after placing your order. Our staff will likely have started working on your order by the 24 hour mark, and therefore we are unable to cancel.
