How do I know my order was successful?
All orders that have been successfully placed and are making their way through our packing stages will be accompanied by an order confirmation directly via email. This should pop through within the hour of purchase and can sometimes land in the junk or spam folders so do not forget to look in there!
How do I cancel my order?In the event you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours upon confirmation of the order at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please keep in mind that any cancellations after 24 hours upon approval of the order will no longer be allowed.
Please also note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
What payment processors does Love At First Shine accept?We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Stripe, and PayPal.
Is the payment on Love At First Shine safe?All of our payments are handled by Shopify, which is a certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant company. This compliance extends by default to all stores powered by Shopify. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a security standard for organizations that handle credit and debit card information. The standard was created to increase controls around payment data to reduce fraud.
Do you ship internationally?We ship our jewelry worldwide. However, due to restrictions, we're unable to ship to the following countries:
Cuba | Iran | Libya | North Korea | Sierra Leone | Somalia | Sudan | Yemen | Ukraine | Guatemala | Liberia.

When will my order get sent out?Depending on the level of personalization in your product will vary the time it takes to be produced. Generally orders are processed and ready to be shipped in 2-5 working days. Working days means no weekends, so if the order was placed on a Friday night, the clock doesn’t start until Monday morning. The same applies with public holidays.
You'll receive an email notification with a tracking number once your package ships.
Will i get a tracking number?Yes you will definitely receive a tracking number!
To track your order we provide you with an email and tracking link when your product ships. You can also login to your Love At First Shine account to track order progress.
Can I change my delivery address?Once your order has been placed, we endeavour to get it to you as soon as possible, therefore we cannot guarantee we will be able to change your delivery address before the order has been shipped. Please contact our Customer Service Team at email@example.com within 24 hours after placing your order if you would like to change your delivery address, and we will do our best to make it happen.
Please note that delivery address changes can only be made if the order has not been packed by the warehouse but...if the order has been packed and ready to ship, then no modifications can be made.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 2-5 business days
- Canada: 3-8 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 3-7 business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 5-15 business days
- Rest of the world: 5-20 business days
Where does my order at Love At First Shine print and ship from?All orders are expertly packaged, prepared, and shipped from our American fulfillment warehouses located in Florida and New Jersey.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?Depending on the value of your order may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.
Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected shipping charges at your end.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?We accept all international returns within 30 days of delivery. If you are returning a product please inform us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.

My item is damaged/incorrect, what do I do?Please contact our support team for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.
We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible.
